  • Lead or support cross-functional product development teams, helping establish priorities, resolve tradeoffs, manage risks, and maintain alignment around product objectives.
  • Develop business cases and product proposals, including market opportunity, customer value proposition, competitive positioning, development requirements, and commercial potential.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end customer workflow and identify opportunities to improve product usability, integration, reliability, and overall customer experience.
  • Serve as a product subject-matter resource across the organization and provide product training and support to commercial and customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, launch materials, technical content, and other customer-facing communications.
  • Partner with Sales, Field Applications, Customer Success, and Support to develop commercialization plans, training resources, and field readiness activities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive products, emerging technologies, and changes within the pharmaceutical and life science industries.
  • Track product performance following launch and recommend enhancements, extensions, corrective actions, or end-of-life plans as appropriate.
  • Support portfolio planning and prioritization across products, applications, and customer segments.

Desired Qualifications:
