Basolateral Recruitment of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cells in an Organ-Chip Model of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

This protocol describes the steps for developing an Organ-Chip model of human non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) to study the recruitment of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells. It also includes guidance for adapting this workflow to study other CAR T-cell therapies, target tumor cell lines, and co-therapies.

Additionally, Emulate has created a guide for describing how to use data analysis tools to assess CAR T-cell recruitment and killing on an NSCLC Organ-Chip model.
