Emulate is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Demand Generation Manager who will be able to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is skilled at both creative and analytical thinking. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be a key contributor in designing and executing Emulate’s demand generation strategy to achieve revenue goals that support Emulate’s growth. You are CURIOUS and will:

  • Develop customer experience journeys and maps designed to support strategic ABM initiatives
  • Orchestrate demand generation and Account-based Experience programs that successfully engage target accounts moving them effectively through the customer journey and own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, and key metrics

You are RELENTLESS and will: 

  • Assist in designing and executing a high-performance ABX program for Emulate that delivers to demand generation goals and sales success
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on content strategy, planning and executing multichannel programs: emails, webinars, events, digital, direct mail, etc.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations and Sales leadership to ensure quality demand delivery and follow-up according to established SLAs

You are ACCOUNTABLE and will: 

  • Define, plan, and execute integrated inbound, outbound and ABX programs through multiple channels including digital, email, content, and events
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation system to better nurture leads, increase conversion rates, and improve the integrity of the overall database
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Establish tracking and measurement to optimize programs based on real-time results, while reporting on the value delivered by our demand generation efforts
  • You are HUMAN and will: 
  • Coordinate with Commercial Operations and Sales leadership to ensure quality demand delivery and follow-up according to established SLAs
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure timely development of program assets
  • Broaden relationship reach horizontally within accounts
  • Collaborate with your Marketing & Commercial Operations colleagues to design and execute the company’s data-driven demand generation strategy to drive new business, as well as expand the existing customer base

You are ONE and will: 

  • Facilitate marketing communications (e.g., conference and trade shows) and take responsibility for planning and executing conferences, trade shows, and in-person, company-hosted marketing events
  • Willing to collaborate on-site in our Boston office 3 days/week
  • Other tasks as needed

Desired Skills:

  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience with a focus in Demand Generation & Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Deep understanding of the B2B demand funnel, lead management process, and ABM strategies, including audience segmentation, lead scoring and revenue attribution
  • Experience with Salesforce objects, campaigns, opportunities, reports and dashboards with ability to articulate requirements to Emulate’s Salesforce admin team/Commercial Operations 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and correct errors to improve system efficiency and performance
  • Outstanding verbal, analytical and communication skills demonstrated through reports, dashboards, and presentations that are prepared for a variety of audiences
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, start-up environment
