Our Culture: Being Human

October 30, 2017

We’re a team of designers, biologists, and engineers working to improve human health

Our code of conduct reminds us to be human. Living this code helps us work productively, harmoniously, and achieve our goal to gain a deeper understanding of human biology.

Being human also makes Emulate an enjoyable place to work, where people from different disciplinary backgrounds employ their expertise to contribute to our shared objectives.

When you ask an Emulator to describe the culture of the company, one word you’re likely to hear is “passion.”

In the same way our body is made up of parts that have specific functions, our team is composed of individuals who work together for one purpose. When we collaborate, we operate at our full potential and achieve the ambitious objectives we’ve set for ourselves.

Though we attract people from different fields, everyone who comes here is dedicated to improving human health. And joining Emulate provides designers, biologists, and engineers with the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in their distinct disciplines to a project they believe in.

When you ask an Emulator to describe the culture of the company, one word you’re likely to hear is “passion.” And it’s this passion that drives us to fulfill our mission while at the same time reminding us to treat each other with care and respect.
